A phenomenon continues: I noticed it first on November 5th and it is not slowing down. Sounds trite, I know, but people are displaying clear signs of hope. Megan has had a tough time focusing lately, but there is a strong undercurrent of progress, or a distinct feeling of moving forward which is sweeping her along in its froth and my mentor, Susan, she’s had thoughts of coming out of retirement to move to D.C. Patrick has become refreshed from his stagnant lifestyle of playing video games in a stinking apartment; his animals’ cages are clean and their little forests more dense and there are, on all counts, wills to express, to explain themselves artistically and with great clarity. The people, not the animals.
Winter is here, but we aren’t tired, nor are we staying indoors.
How long will we be riding this wave? There’s no way to tell. I feel the upswing. Now is the time to strike, creative people. Let your hammers fall NOW, while the weight of living is lessened a little. Don’t be afraid. Just do it.
